As a NVOCC, our core business is sea freight forwarding. Our Sea Freight department provides impeccable and reliable service to its clients for both direct and consolidated Import & Export Forwarding to/from over 250 destinations

With our own consolidation and de-consolidation services within the vicinity of the port, we are able to provide reliable and competitive services to customers with no possibilities of cargo being shut out, rolled over or lost.

Air Forwarding

What we deem essential factors of Airfreight are rapidity and punctuality to deliver cargo on time with utmost care and safety. Our professional airfreight marketing and operation staffs are fully aware of supply chains being expected to achieve. Our excellent ongoing relationship with reputable international airlines makes us stand out from others and allows us to negotiate for more competitive freight rates and secure enough space allotment even in peak season to the utmost benefit of our customers.

Warehousing

We offer ample storage facilities for short term as well as long term storage. Our own warehouse spaces at CFS (Delhi), Indira Gandhi Intl. Airport (Delhi) and Dronagiri- JN Port (Mumbai) are well-equipped for loading / unloading and palletizing of all kinds of goods, allowing us to keepsake cargo required by our customers.  The complexes have In-house Customs supervision and the whole operation is fully automated covering all activities from the entry point to the exit. All cargo are stored and retrieved using a systematic warehousing system.

Project Logistics

Project Cargo Handling is a specialized area and Pole to Pole specializes in this. We cater to customer’s individual needs for short/long term project business - from documentation to movement of project cargo to the site of shipping, en route care and delivery at the project sites.

SOC Container

We have tie up with different companies in Far East and Dubai, from where we purchase and sale the containers to Shippers who wish to send their goods in their own containers.

Trading of used Ships and Cranes

Last but not the least, what makes us uncommon from others in the same trade is that we have special arrangement of purchasing the said items from Japan and China. We have been successfully handling the business of trading floating cranes, ferries, cruise ships and luxury boats.

We have a separate company named ‘Delex International’ to serve those customers who want to export / import but do not have a company formed yet. We undertake orders through Sea, Air, LCL, FCL, break bulk shipments from the pick up point hand over the cargo to the customer.

Break Bulk & Chartering

We have been acting as exclusive and competitive broker for Air & Sea Chartering. We fix ships regularly for dry bulk cargoes. All types of neo-bulk products including rubber, forest products, bag goods, rice, sugar, cement, iron & steel, fertilizers, log wood, oil and containers are handled by Pole to Pole

Special-care/needs cargo

Accepting general goods is a norm in the market, handling sensitive and "special needs" cargoes including time sensitive, stock or project shipments, government cargoes, conventional, reefer, out-of-gauge, hazardous, oversized/overweight and high-value merchandise cargo is our niche.

Pick & Pack Door Delivery

We also arrange for contracted packing/case-making nationwide with on-site packing if required & deliveries through to consignee’s premises, express or economy to suit the circumstances.

Customs Clearance

Speedy Custom Clearance is our Cutting Edge, custom-clearing our clients’ shipments within 48 hours.This includes customs document handling, clearance, examination, DEPB (Duty Entitlement Pass Book) and Drawback, etc.
